All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The tour price includes planning, handling and operational charges and is quoted based on the current rates of exchange and tariffs. This price is subject to revision in line with significant changes in foreign currency, tariff rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, etc. Airfares and flight times are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. Accommodation and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Direct Travel and A&K’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. Visa fees and entry/exit requirements are subject to change at short notice which may result in additional fees or new visa applications to be covered by the guest. A Canadian or U.S. passport valid for at least six (6) months after completion of your journey and with sufficient blank pages for visas and immigrations stamps is required. Routine immunizations should be up to date (i.e. tetanus-diphtheria, polio, etc.). Travelers should contact a doctor, Public Health or Travel Clinic eight weeks or more prior to departure in orders to obtain further information and to receive necessary immunizations.
